I've been teaching IB, IGCSE, and AP Mathematics at international schools in Singapore since 2010. Over 16 years, I've guided hundreds of students through some of the most demanding maths curricula in the world — and helped them reach universities.


I focus on building intuition and logical structure, not just memorising formulas.


Today, I teach group classes at an academy in Orchard, Singapore, create online courses through Math with Alex Academy, and offer university admissions consulting for students and families navigating the international school system.

I believe the best learning happens when students are given room to think, make mistakes, and find their own solutions. My role is to guide that process — with patience, clarity, and 16 years of knowing exactly where students get stuck.
